OTHER EXPENSES

  • Client pays for fuel and toll expenses at the end of the trip, based upon receipts.

  • If there are delays upon Dick's arrival to pick up the vehicle, (not ready, mechanical, etc.) Dick's fee schedule is $25/hour or $160/day.

  • If there is an extreme weather delay, Dick will only charge for lodging.

  • Expenses and costs to change reservations.

  • If there is an on the road break down, Dick will contact you for your instructions.
