25% deposit due at the time of scheduling your service.
25% of payment is due when Dick arrives to drive your vehicle.
Balance of contract and incurred expenses must be paid upon delivery at destination.
Transportation costs to get to the departure city and return to base.
A small fee for driving pets,
Fee for driving as well as lodging expenses.
Client pays for fuel and toll expenses at the end of the trip, based upon receipts.
If there are delays upon Dick's arrival to pick up the vehicle, (not ready, mechanical, etc.) Dick's fee schedule is $25/hour or $160/day.
If there is an extreme weather delay, Dick will only charge for lodging.
Expenses and costs to change reservations.
If there is an on the road break down, Dick will contact you for your instructions.
